Hi friends!!
Summer vacation is here and we are ready. It’s going to be a busy one, but then again, what else is new?
I wanted to update you all to a few things. I share a week or so ago on Facebook – where I’m mostly communicating now – that I was moving the crafty world into our cabin to use for my projects and classes. I’m super excited about it for summer!
Also I mentioned my dad is having surgery. I will be out of town for most of next week – May 29-June 4 – while the surgery happens. Due to that, I wasn’t planning on too much until I knew when that would be. Now I’ve got my June schedule planned will post that here on the blog asap!
I put my Etsy Store on vacation until the end of July. I will be working on projects and will either post them here or on Facebook. But I will have two vendor shows in July and I will then open Etsy back up with what is left and move on from there.
In the mean time, I’m excited to get back to my Chalky parties and will get more projects prepped to share online for you all. Be sure you check Facebook or follow me on Instagram.
Now, here is some fun stuff. A couple weeks ago – it seems like forever with everything going on – my friend and I roadtripped over to a Rescued and Reclaimed Flea Market. It was AWESOME!!! The stuff and the ideas. It was right up our alley.
McKinley wants to play clarinet, so I found this one for her. It was a lamp, but it might work?
So many creative ideas. I wanted to show the boys and see if they would use their imagination and make a few things.
This was out motherload!! lol…. But the ideas were more than enough!!
We have been chasing the boys to baseball and last weekend was the last Middle School track meet for RC. And this week, McKinley started softball.
I love baseball, so I don’t mind those games.
And this week, we celebrated RC’s 8th grade certification and he’s ready for high school. Time is moving along so fast! Next fall, I’ll have Senior, Freshman and 5th grader. Pass the Kleenex.
Wow....you have been quite busy....and looks like you are having fun too. Wish I lived closer :) Hugs...Janie
