Half way through the week already and I feel like my to do list grew instead of shrinking! So, I’m giving up! LOL… Today the kids get out for Easter break, and so far we have plans for the rest of the week.
I wanted to share this card, and then I’m going to be done posting until next Tuesday to enjoy the weekend with the kids and hubby.
I made this for this week’s sketch over at ISpy Challenges. This is my first time getting to play with these ladies, and this is a fun sketch to use up some scraps of papers on. I pulled some from Basic Grey and Crate, and enjoyed piecing them together and stitching around them.
I used a new MFT set for the sentiment. This was last months Triple Scoop but was released last night at MFT. I added the ric rac ribbon and some pearlz to finish it off. It was a lot harder with the piecing, but it looks very simple.
We took in the Middle School play last night and we decided to enjoy the sunshine and walk over there. I thought maybe we might miss being able to walk places when we move, but no… not that much.
David was a cowboy and a Barbarian in the play, which was pretty funny. I’m so glad he wanted to be part of it and he had a great time.
I hope you all have a great Easter weekend. Enjoy!!
