Welcome to My Studio!

I think I shall refer to it as such from now on! It may help me feel more creative... maybe! *wink*

I want to start out by saying that my room is ever changing, but at this point I am really happy with it. It is full of lots of character. The only new things I ever bought for storage are my Cubes that I purchased from Oriental Trader.

I bought the set which includes the two drawer units and cubby with door and cubby with shelf, and it came with the desk. Then the two file drawers were separate. Overall, I am pleased with them. I had some trouble putting the drawers together, and then the fronts fell off. I used some smaller screws of my own to attach them and I am happy. There were also file folders that came with the drawers and they are not wide enough to fit in there. :( Otherwise, I am happy to have this extra storage and a place for my Cricut.

Everything else came from somewhere second hand. And as much as I would love a BRAND NEW ROOM, I do enjoy the character in here. This hutch was from a store and was sold at auction. It's SUPER handy. My sewing table came from an auction, and was full of fun supplies. The table is from a surplus sale at the school. This chair was $5 at an antique store.

I've added more pictures over in the sidebar <------ down near the bottom. There is more photos of all of my goods. One thing I need to finish, and will blog more details about, it my new unmounted stamp storage. I will finish up the labels and then blog about it later this week. I love it too!

Hey Katie, loving this craft space and your deals - woohoo great chair! It looks awesome and I love the character of the space as it lends itself to loads of inspiration for the mojo (mine disappears regularly - ugh).
