My Cup Runneth Over | Sale Info

Hi friends!!

It's a cool, rainy spring day in Montana.  Perfect for grabbing a cuppa joe and curling up with a good book right?  I wish.  But if you can, do it.

So most of you know I love coffee.  I was actually driving home from work the other day wondering if this was borderline addiction because I couldn't wait to get home for my afternoon - before dinner - cup.  I wondered if someone asked, would I be able to stop?

The answer is no.

HA....  Ok, really, I might if I needed to, but why.  :)

I also have a slight addiction to mugs.  Seriously.  I have some that are colorful and fun.  Some from certain companies I love.  Some that I've had since I was little that I cannot part with.  So, do I need more?

No, I need more storage tho!!

After pursuing Pinterest, I finally decided to create  a better Coffee Bar.

I previously repurposed this cute lil cart I got for $10 and have been using it here for our Hot Drink Station.  (We have tea and hot cocoa stuff too.)  And I had a couple mugs here.  However, I wanted more.

I painted the wall with chalkboard paint and added some barnwood shelves.  I was able to keep a couple of my small coffee related signs.

The one says Caffiene maintains my sunny personality.  It was given to me with DeCaf coffee.  I don't know what to think about that.

I used a Chalkboard Marker to add the sentiments.

I hand drew them, so not pretty.  But fun and cute.

I have some of my mugs displayed and just got these cute Marquee lights from Avon!  Yes, how cute!!

I love having this fun little area set up - and it's easy and welcoming for guests to get some coffee.

So, now I need more mugs!!

There are lots of great layers to this box, and decorating them can be the best part.  I kept things pretty simple as this will be a display piece for PPRS.

This image is called Ginger Cookie and he was super cute to color with my Copics.  I also added some dimension and shading with my white gel pen!

I used papers from the Here Comes Santa Claus paper pad, which coordinates so well with our Christmas Matte Enamel Embellishments! My cards are not complete without those sprinkles of cuteness!!

I used the Fancy Frames dies and the Stitched in Circles dies to cut everything out.  And I paired the image with a sentiment from our This & That stamp set.

Riley & Company Stamps | November Release | Mushroom Lane

Hey all!!

Today we are kicking off the November Release from Riley & Co Stamps November Release!  We have some new Mushroom Lane Houses to add to the collection!  What a fun little set of images!!

I wanted to make something other than a card today.  So while browsing at the local Ben Franklin Crafts, I picked up this wood piece and the word home.  I painted the word home to match my image, and adhered everything to the wood piece.

Introducing New Years Greetings | MHK Designs October Release

Hi crafty friends!!  It’s the last day of the MHK October Release, and I’m super excited to share today’s project!  It’s my favorite of the whole release!!  I knew that I wanted to create a wine bottle topper for this set, New Years Greetings.

MHK Release

I printed the image on vellum and added it to the red tag with some black ribbon and silver cording.  I printed the sentiment on white paper and added it to the topper.  I also added some small black sprinkles to add some classy accents.

This was very simple, but will be a great addition to a bottle of wine when visiting friends or family this holiday season!

MHK Release 2

Make sure you check out all of the new release sets today in the Etsy Store.  Also check out the MHK Designs blog today for more inspiration from the other team members.

Coffee Week Video Series | Episode 5

Make sure you scroll down to see all of the Episodes this week!  And then check out the entire Video play list HERE on YouTube.

Everything on today’s project can be found in the Craftin Desert Divas Store.

Coffin Break

The stamp images are from Ghostly Greetings, and that is where the inspiration started.  I saw this sentiment and thought HOW COOL would it be if there was a coffin holding a Kcup.  So the only way to knew to do that was to create the image in Cricut Design Space.  You can find the link to that below.

I also used the new Doodlebug Halloween papers, Boos and Brews and then I added the matte finish sprinkles.   The potion bottles are so fitting with the Coffee theme.

I hope you enjoyed this final coffee themed project for the week.  I’ve enjoyed sharing this week.

ONE BIG CHANGE – I do mention in the video that I will start Halloween WEEK next week, and due to time and other commitments, I will not be doing a week of videos.  Instead, I will start a Halloween Series next week and it will be sporadic over the next couple of weeks.

Enjoy today’s video.
