TGIF everyone!!
First off, no video today. I'm having some technical difficulty this week, so I'm going to skip onto next Friday. Sorry about that. :( Sometimes you just need to walk away right? LOL...
So I thought I'd share some thing with you instead - this is a layout I made for the MemoryWorks Studio Challenge this month, which was to use a Banner on your project.
I had this cute photo of RC and Mesa from their visit over the holidays. She is such a lil peanut and always called him her Crazy Boy. Makes me laugh. RC is always such a good kid when it comes to littler kids, but especially cousins!
I used papers from the Awesome and Fabulous line from Simple Stories. They pulled out the bright colors from this photo. I added some alpha stickers to this Name Tag paper element and journaled about RC's nickname. I cut the banners with DieNamics Mix and Match banner dies and stitched them onto the paper. These flowers were made by a local lady, and they seemed to match up pretty well. I got some new MFT goodies yesterday and hope to play around today. Tomorrow I'm hosting a ShoeBox Swap here at the house, so I need to get it prepped as well. Looking forward to a fun day with the ladies!! Enjoy your weekend!!
