Hey there!! It’s my turn to host the challenge over at The Ribbon Carousel challenge blog – and we are using Beautiful Bows!
I used some new (to me) Ascot Grey Vintage Seam Binding. Vintage Seam Binding has to be my favorite ribbon treatment, and I love making big loopy bows with it. I used it along the top of this card, and then tied it on with Black Jute Twine.
Here is a detail shot of my bows. I can’t wait to see what you create.
For the card, I played along with the sketch over at iSpy Sketches this week, which is a fun one. I wanted to show off some new papers that are also in the Ribbon Carousel store. This is from the Chillingsworth Manor 6x6 Paper Pad by Echo Park. The sentiment is from There She Goes Hauntingly Delightful set. I also used Bazzill cardstocks from the RC store and ran the black through the Big Shot with an embossing plate.
