I am no where near wanting to pack my bags and travel again yet, but I wanted to share this cute card with you. I am playing along with the challenge this week over at Market Street Stamps.
I kept it very simple, but I had this idea in my head.
I used MME Miss Caroline paper pad, and pulled the colors from there. I also used some fun washi tapes. The newsprint is from Tim Holtz and the stripes are from Studio Calico. I have quite a stash of these tapes, so need to start using them up!
I colored the suitcases (from the set Bon Voyage) with my Copics to match the papers.
This is very simple, but I wanted to play along with their challenge.
We had our first showing of this house today. We went out for breakfast while the realtor showed it off. I hope it went OK. One bright side is that now the house is clean so I can enjoy the rest of the weekend. However I woke up feeling yucky.
So I am off to find my spot on the couch and catch up on my DVR’d shows. Enjoy your Sunday!!
Also, I am having trouble uploading pics via Typepad, but I’ve found Live Writer and so far I love it. If things looks different, I am just experimenting with it.
