Wednesday night was our last SU! club for the year, and I missed it. We also had a birthday party that night, and it was for the whole family. I usually lose out on those things, but it's OK.
I also hadn't been able to wait that long to get my new SU catty, and once I did, I drooled over the new stamps many times. Then I went back and checked out the beautiful creations in there. Near the beginning, I think around the Hostess Benefits page, I found a beautiful card. So I CASE'd it for my card for SU. Holy Moley it was time consuming, but I love them. Hopefully everyone else did as well. I mean, they were catalog worthy cards right? LOL....
I used Kraft as the base, and stamped the circle with Versamark Dazzle ink. The images are from the Sweet Thing set I got two years ago. What drew me to the card was the scallop being used this way instead of as a background. DOH! Then I added some large satin ribbon before I tied my twine and PTI Vintage buttons on. I also decorated the envies. Simple Pimple.....but so dang cute!!
